Well i can give you a few updates, there are now 2 structures on the property, my older camper and a fellow friends. Were both from Minnesota so it's not easy to get there and develop it very quickly, However I'm going back down this march, were going to bring down the big camper if we can get it dug out of the snow banks here in MN, and were going to try get a local person to put in a road down the middle of the property... He's hard to track down. But well be there for a couple weeks.

The only real challange is that the area is it remote, with no electricity, and no water, if you bring your own solar panels and water its not a big deal. With AT&T we have cell phone service out there, and even data service although it's edge so its slow.

If I were moving out there satellite internet would allow high speed data. And there is a phone pedistal on the road on the southern boarder of the property.

The only real challange I have encountered is the cresote brush likes to pop tires if you drive fast through the brush. Also keep in mind I'm running hi pressure tires on my dually that are pretty weather checked.. so that could be the reason. I just bring tire plugs and a portable compressor.

Were slowly developing our land and adding to it every trip.. We didn't expect this to be a fast process.. and I think as its developed more people will start to develop there land.

So, it has been a few months. I'm just wondering if there's anything new going on. If not, that's cool. Just curious.

Thanks.
