A new Paulville (temporary name Freedom County) is starting up in Texas about 200 miles east of Paulville.
It was started by Granny Warrior - a dedicated supporter of The Ron Paul campaign.
A non-profit will own the land and sell 99 year leases. You can buy a small lot or a 1/2 acre or an acre lot. You can either be a resident or have the land as a bug out location. If you are a resident, you can use the garden plot, the grazing commons, the hay fields, the permaculture food forest, etc. in addition to your land (assuming you do your share of the work and expense).
The idea is to create a place to survive the coming hard times - we don't know if it will be a 4 day bank holiday, a ten year depression, or a "break down of society cataclysm". So we are going to try to be prepared and flexible.
The small lots will be $1,000. I think the larger lots are $5,000. I think I can get you a small discount, if you go through me - or you can go directly to Granny.
